Description
The J-SSC219 JBS mechanical steering cable designed specifically for Jet Boat Steering systems. Primarily used in applications powered by Mercury Sport Jet or OMC Turbo Jet drives up to 175 HP. It's also a direct replacement for the obsolete SSC229 cable series.
- Design: Features 5/16-24 threaded ends on both sides of the cable for connection to the helm and the jet drive.
- Performance: Provides 3.5 inches of total travel and uses a stainless steel inner core for precision and corrosion resistance.
- Durability: The outer jacket is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which is abrasion-resistant and prevents water penetration.
- Length: Cable is measured from tip to tip of ends
- Compatibility: Designed to work with SeaStar/Teleflex helms SH5087P, SH5088P, SH91691P, and SH91692P. Multiflex H5 and H6 helms.
